  • How long does DepotFrenzy take to deliver your order?
    We usually require 1-2 business days to process an order. After receiving your payment, we will do some quality tests on our products, package them, and then ship them direct to your address. Delivery to your designated address will take between 7 to 14 days. Covid is still a factor and may delay things but generally freight delivery times have improved immensely.
  • Does my order have a tracking code?
    You will be able to track your order or not based on its value and on the warehouse it will be shipped from. Shipments from our warehouses: Direct orders: All orders will have tracking numbers and tracking websites. You will receive a tracking code Regardless of what courier we use. Most times the tracking number will be linked to NZ Post tracking ( for New Zealand customers ) and Australia Post ( for our Australian customers )
  • The delivery of my order is taking longer than expected. When will I receive it?
    Below are some suggestions: - Check the status of your order; - If it can be tracked, calculate the number of business days between its shipment date and the current day. Business days refer to the period of time between Monday and Friday and do not include national holidays or weekends; - Use the delivery times chart to verify the estimated delivery time of the shipping method you selected; - If its estimated delivery time has not passed yet, please wait for some other days. If you have not received your parcel during this period of time, you can confirm that the shipping address is correct; If there are no problems with your address, the delivery of your order may have been delayed by slow Customs, logistics or postal clearance procedures. If you require any further assistance or if your order is nowhere to be found, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will arrange a refund or a reshipment. The eligibility of refund or reshipment: Orders from our warehouses: has exceeded 21+ days of estimated delivery date, you can apply for a refund or reshipment. Orders from overseas warehouses: has exceeded 14+ days of estimated delivery date, you can apply for a refund or reshipment.
  • Refunds
    The method of the refund relies on the method of the payment. For instance, if you used credit card to pay, the refund will be processed to the same card with which the payment was made. Generally, the refund will be received in 3-20 business days. Please click the right Payment/Refund method for detail information about the refund.
  • What is Buyer Protection?
    Free coverage that lets you shop hassle-free on DepotFrenzy. Our Buyer Protection starts the day the seller ships your order and lasts up tp 90 days. You can see if an item is protected under Buyer Protection on the item detail page to check the exact validity for the item of choice. Get your money back, if: you've not received your order by the end of Buyer Protection period the item you received is not as described you start a dispute and provide evidence to support your claim Extended 15-day refund Items on DepotFrenzy can have up to 90-day protection which starts once your ordered item is shipped out. But we also give you an extended 15 days after order confirmation to start a dispute if you're not satisfied with your order giving you plenty of time to get a hassle-free refund/return.
