Shipping and delivery times

You will receive your order in a maximum of 7-14 business days and this is easy to track via track and trace link we provide to you buy email.

*Unforeseen circumstances may delay delivery times but we will endeavour to do the best we can to get your delivery to you asap.

Return policy

We offer a 15-day return policy for all products* ordered in our Marketplace. We may also pay for the return shipping depending on the circumstances.

As long as the product is unopened, undamaged and unworn, we will refund you when the item is received. 

Below are step by step instructions.

  1. Customer to send product back to us within 15 days of receipt ( received )

  2. We receive product(s) in excellent condition ( un-used condition )

  3. *Non returnable items.

These items cannot be returned if you change your mind. This does not impact your rights where a product may be faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

  • Cosmetics (if the hygiene seal is broken)

  • Beauty products

  • Fragrances

  • Hosiery

  • Swimwear

  • Pierced jewellery

  • Printer cartridges

  • Personalised printed material (for example, and not limited to, photos, canvas, mugs, calendars, etc.)

  • Bedding and accessories (for example, mattresses, including air mattresses, sleeping bags and pillow protectors, etc., where the seal and/or packaging has been opened)

  • Tents (where the bag has been opened or components have been used)

  • Gift cards, phone recharge or third party gift cards

  • Mobile Phones

  • Opened software & games

  • Headphones

  • Lingerie and underwear ( irrespective of packing style )

  • Earrings

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to refund lingerie, underwear (irrespective of packaging style), swimwear, hosiery, and earrings.

Customer Service

After receiving your product(s) you have 15 days to return your product(s).

Submit a return? Contact customer service. support@depotfrenzy.com.  We will ask for photos / videos of products to be sent to our support team. All to be sent to support@depotfrenzy.com

 

We will handle this carefully for you and come up with an appropriate solution within 3 days.

Damaged / Lost Goods

If the products are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 working days of receiving your goods at support@depotfrenzy.com  We will use this delivery information to make a claim against our courier company. We will offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund, once we have received confirmation from our courier company that delivery was not successful.
